SHIPPING POLICY
THIS SHIPPING POLICY IS ONLY FOR ORDERS WITHIN INDIA.
Processing Time:
- All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
- Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays.
Shipping Time:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery typically occurs within 3-7 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on the season.
Order Tracking:
- After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website.
- If you do not receive this email, please contact our customer service team.

Delivery Costs:
- Delivery charges depend on your location.
- Please refer to your order summary to understand the delivery charges for individual products.
Failed Delivery:
- If the package cannot be delivered to the provided address due to incorrect information, absence of the receiver, or refusal to accept the package, it will be returned to Kent Furniture at the customer’s expense.
- This expense includes shipping costs incurred and will be deducted from the total order amount to be refunded.
Our Carriers:
- We use Shiprocket, DTDC, SmartShip, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, Shadowfax, and Ecom Express for deliveries.
Upon Receipt of Your Order:
- Please inspect the package and goods carefully to ensure they are intact and complete before signing for receipt of delivery.
- If the parcel is damaged or incomplete, refuse the delivery or sign “Damaged” and contact us on the day of delivery.
Bank Holidays:
- We do not deliver on Bank Holidays. Your parcel will be delivered on the next working day.
